THE APARTMENT

The apartment was custom designed by renowned designer Eric Alch, whose attention to every detail resulted in an absolutely gorgeous, 1700 square foot, two bedroom, two bath luxury home.

A gracious entry foyer leads to a dramatic living area, dining room, and kitchen, with 11 foot ceilings, and beautiful arched windows. Exposed brick wall and wide plank oak floors, built in bamboo cabinets throughout, are accented by a lighting system designed by the international firm of Cooley/Monato.

The open chef’s kitchen is comprised of Boffi cabinetry with immense storage, Gaggeneau cooktop, two Gaggeneau ovens for entertaining, Sub Zero refrigerator and separate wine storage for 70 bottles, Miele dishwasher, and Bosch microwave. This is truly a cook’s kitchen.

The generous proportions of the master bedroom afford the ultimate in comfort, including built in storage cabinets, his and her walk in closets fitted with bamboo chest of drawers and shelving. The en suite master bath includes a deep soaking tub, a large rain shower, and is finished in Ann Sacks tiles.

The guest bedroom is used by the owners as a den, and contains an audio video system that includes built in speakers throughout the apartment, three flat screen televisions, stereo, CD and DVD players. The custom wiring and speakers are offered with the apartment, and the AV equipment is available as an option.

The guest bathroom is also finished in Ann Sacks tiles, and includes an Asko washer and dryer, and abundant storage.

The apartment is centrally air conditioned.
